DIY: Fruit & Honey Scrub

It was never till I started researching the benefits of fruit and honey for your skin that I actually allowed myself to use my mom’s homemade scrub on my face. Okay I lied, I actually had to trust my mom and used it anyway but I was scared of the repercussions or lack of an effect nonetheless. I was hesitant to use it only because well, it wasn’t in a jar. Thankfully I put aside all my fears, finally researched what my mom was using on my face and said…well this beats anything in a jar- I’ll say! Enter the DIY Fruit & Honey mask.

This simple scrub can be used 3-4 times a week at night before bed and after you have washed and dried your face.

2 Tablespoons of honey

2 Tablespoons of fine sugar
